The Kuninkaantammi area is located in northwest Helsinki, near the Central Park and Vantaanjoki River, north of the Hakuninmaa single-family housing area. An ecological and comfortable district has been built in Kuninkaantammi, which is both urban and close to nature.

The Taidemaalarinkatu 1 right-of-occupancy houses have been built in a good and visible location in the central block of Kuninkaantammi. The color scheme of the colorful houses is inspired by fine arts, as is the area’s nomenclature.

Taidemaalarinkatu 1 is a 4-story residential apartment building and a two-story terraced house, with 67 right-of-occupancy apartments. There are many different floor plans to choose from, and everyone is sure to find something they like. The apartments range from two-room apartments to spacious four-room apartments, ranging in size from 43.5 to 109.5 m².

A new beach, Palettilampi, has been opened in the Kuninkaantammi residential area. It is connected to a 235-meter-long and 140-meter-wide pool. The maximum depth of the pool is approximately 1.8–2.0 meters and it is filled with lake water from the Päijänne Tunnel. Palettilampi is a convenient place to cool off on lovely summer days.

Kuninkaantammi is an energy-wise district, with residential buildings that are energy-efficient and utilize renewable energy. Natural methods of delaying stormwater are favored in managing stormwater.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.
