Information about the property where the apartment is located
New right-of-occupancy apartments have been completed in the new Postipuisto area of North Pasila at the end of October 2024. There are a total of 94 right-of-occupancy apartments at Metsäläntie 10, with a choice of apartments for different life situations. There are two-room, three-room and four-room apartments of different sizes to choose from. The sizes of the apartments vary between 38 and 99.5 square meters.

The modern right-of-occupancy building has versatile common facilities for residents to use. On the ground floor there is a house sauna, a house laundry, two club rooms and a stroller storage room. In the basement there is a common waste room for the block, two drying rooms and storage rooms for outdoor equipment, bicycles and strollers. Some of the bicycle storage is in a cold room in connection with the parking garage, and there are also bicycle spaces in connection with the entrances. Each apartment has its own storage room in the basement of the A-stairs.
There is plenty of play and lounge space in the courtyard, which is shared with the residents of the other buildings in the block. 43 unmarked spaces have been reserved for cars in the block’s shared cold parking garage, which can be accessed from the basement of the tenancy building. Please note that there are only 43 parking spaces, so due to their limited number, unfortunately they cannot be offered for all apartments.

The developing residential area of Postipuisto is located next to good transport connections and Helsinki Central Park. The new, urban area takes special account of energy and eco-efficiency as well as the communal nature of living. The area is characterized by various housing blocks and uniform courtyards, a park zone and the community center Postivarikko, which is shared by the area’s residents, which includes a gym, hobby room and guided exercise.
