Information about the property where the apartment is located

New right-of-occupancy apartments have been completed in the Niittykumpu residential area of Espoo on 29 November 2024. Niittyportti 16 consists of two apartment buildings, which will have a total of 82 right-of-occupancy apartments.

There are housing options for a variety of living situations, both for singles and couples, and for larger families. The smallest apartments are two-room apartments and the largest are four-room apartments. The apartments have balconies facing the courtyard.

Buses run to, among others, Helsinki, Kirkkonummi and various parts of the capital region. It is easy to drive along the nearby Länsiväylä in the direction of Helsinki and Hanko. The distance to the city centre of Helsinki is approximately 12 kilometres, which can be covered by car in about 15 minutes without traffic jams.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.
