In Sipoonranta, at Storörintie 9-11, 56 comfortable right-of-occupancy homes and two commercial premises will be completed in four apartment buildings. Some apartments also have a room that can be used as a workspace. In addition to the apartments, two commercial spaces will be completed in the buildings, which can be accessed from the Storörintie side.

The general value added tax rate will rise from 24 percent to 25.5 percent starting on September 1, 2024. In a state-subsidized right-of-occupancy building, a maximum of 15 percent of the construction or acquisition costs (purchase value) approved by the Housing Finance and Development Center can be collected as right-of-occupancy fees.

The Housing Finance and Development Center has approved the construction costs of the site with a tax rate of 24 percent.

Sipoonranta is a seaside residential area right on the border between Helsinki and Sipoo, on the shore of the Gulf of Finland. The seashore is about twenty meters away, and it is possible to get a berth for your own boat at the adjacent marina.

The distance to the center of Helsinki from Sipoonranta is about 21 kilometers and it takes about 30 minutes with your own car. The highway to Porvoo is about 500 meters away, and from the bus stop there you can get to Helsinki Itäkeskus in about 20 minutes, from where you can easily continue the journey by metro to the center of Helsinki.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.
