New right-of-occupancy apartments have been completed at Viilivati 2 in the developing residential area of Kera in Kilo, Espoo. The 6-storey apartment building has a total of 54 right-of-occupancy apartments. There are apartment options for a variety of life situations, for those living alone, in pairs or larger families. The smallest apartment is a 34.5-square-meter studio and the largest are four-room apartments.

Kera’s new right-of-occupancy apartments have been completed in the regenerating Kera area, close to Kera train station. Kera was previously known for the Inex logistics center and later for the Kera halls offering culture and sports opportunities. Keran Hallit is gradually making way for a new city district and residential buildings. Shops, daycare centers, schools and recreational areas are planned for Keran. The area already includes grocery stores, a daycare center and a large Recycling Center.

The area has good public transport connections: Keran station is a four-minute train ride from Leppävaara and a 20-minute ride from the center of Helsinki. Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.

If you have accepted an offer for a right-of-occupancy apartment, we will try to arrange for you to view the apartment during the offer round. We also arrange some general viewings in our vacant apartments. Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange viewings in properties under construction in the same way as in properties that have already been completed.
