New right-of-occupancy apartments have been completed at Viilivati 2 in the developing residential area of Kera in Kilo, Espoo. The 6-storey apartment building has a total of 54 right-of-occupancy apartments. There are apartment options for a variety of life situations, for those living alone, in pairs or larger families. Kera’s new right-of-occupancy apartments have been completed in the regenerating Kera area, close to Kera train station. Kera was previously known for the Inex logistics center and later for the Kera halls offering culture and sports opportunities.
