The versatile apartment layout offers a choice for a wide range of needs. The building has two-room apartments measuring 41.5–57 square metres, three-room apartments measuring 53.5–80.5 square metres and four-room family apartments measuring 80–86 square metres. All apartments have glazed balconies and almost all have their own sauna. The building also has a laundry and drying room and a club room for shared use by residents. There are 45 parking spaces in the yard, 12 of which are equipped with electric car charging devices.
