Vanha Talvitie 29 is a seven-story two-stair apartment building, where a total of 55 modern rental apartments will be completed. All apartments have either a balcony or a terrace, and one apartment even has both. The balconies are mainly located on the street side and are glazed. The apartments on the top floor have their own terraces.

The block’s common garage is located under the patio deck, where there is barrier-free access from the stairwell. Ample storage space is being prepared for bicycles, most of which is located indoors.

Solar panels will be installed on the water roof, which will be implemented as a green roof, with the help of which the electricity needs of the site’s energy-efficient cooling/floor cooling will be produced. The site has received green funding from Municipal Finance. It is awarded to projects that produce clear and measurable positive environmental effects.

The residential area of Kalasatama is the choice of people on the go – here you live close to services and good public transport connections. Shopping center Redi with its versatile services and the metro station are quickly accessible, and public transport works well in many directions, both by metro and bus. In addition, a new trolley line has started running to Pasila. It is also easy to get around by bike and on foot.

There is a primary school and a daycare center in the area. The services in the Kalasatama area are constantly being developed in line with the completion of the area and the increase in the number of residents. You can reach the neighboring Mustikkamaa recreation area via the Grandfather Bridge, which offers wonderful nature trails, jogging landscapes and swimming beaches for the residents of the area.

Tupakointi on kiellettyä kaikissa asunnoissamme ja talojen yhteisissä tiloissa kuten rappukäytävissä sekä sauna- ja varastotiloissa.
