Building B is a single-story apartment building with four floors. The CD building is a two-story apartment building. The C-story has four floors and the D-story has three floors. The apartments have water central heating (radiators) and individual mechanical supply and exhaust ventilation with heat recovery. In addition, the washrooms will have electric comfort floor heating. Most of the apartments have their own sauna.

The Tulliportinkatu right-of-occupancy houses are being completed in the Otsola residential area. The Joensuu city center and its diverse services are approximately 1.5 kilometers away. The nearest grocery store is approximately a kilometer away. There is a comprehensive school and an upper secondary school within walking distance. There are more schools and also daycare centers in the city center area. Local bus stops are a few hundred meters away.

Almost next door is the campus of the University of Eastern Finland and the Mehtimäki Sports Park, which offers a diverse setting for practicing and watching sports. The area has, among others, swimming pool, ice rink, baseball stadium, Joensuu fitness oasis, Joensuu Arena, tennis hall, outdoor gym and sports field. The sports park hosts a variety of events. Joensuu Science Park is also nearby.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.

Check out the apartment before making a decision

You can view the apartment first and then decide whether you want to make a contract with us. If you have accepted an offer for a right-of-occupancy apartment, we will try to arrange for you to view the apartment during the offer round. We also arrange some general viewings in our vacant apartments. Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange viewings in properties under construction in the same way as in properties that have already been completed.
