A 4-story apartment building with 24 right-of-occupancy apartments located in the center of Lieto. The property, which was completed in August 2019, offers a diverse selection of apartments for different life situations. The apartment sizes vary from 38 m² studios to spacious 78 m² four-room family apartments.

The interior surfaces of the apartments are timeless laminate floors and white painted walls. The washrooms are tiled with modern tile selections and all apartments have their own sauna, except for the 42 m² studio apartment. Lieto is a lively, well-reputed city of just under 20,000 inhabitants. Piispalantie 3 is located in a central location in the center of Lieto, as all essential daily services are within a kilometer radius. There are three daycare centers in the central area of Lieto, and schools offering basic education and a high school can be found within a radius of two kilometers, i.e. a walking/biking distance.

The distance from Piispalantie to the center of Turku is approx. 13 km, and you can get there in 20 minutes with your own car. The Turku region’s public transport Föl buses run through the center of Lieto, so public transport connections are also good. The nearest bus stop is just around the corner. The Turku bypass, the 10-tie to Hämeenlinna and the highways to Helsinki and Tampere are nearby.

The sports and outdoor opportunities in the area are versatile. Lieto sports hall Lietohalli is located less than two kilometers away. There are several sports fields in Liedo and ice rinks in winter. There is wooded terrain near Piispalantie and it is a short walk to the shore of Aurajoki.

Piispalantie 3 is a non-smoking property. Smoking is prohibited in the entire property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.

Check out the apartment before making a decision

You can view the apartment first and then decide whether you want to make a contract with us. If you have accepted an offer for a right-of-occupancy apartment, we will try to arrange for you to view the apartment during the offer round. We also arrange some general viewings in our vacant apartments. Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange viewings in properties under construction in the same way as in properties that have already been completed.
