All apartments have their own sauna and glazed balcony. The windows have blinds. The floor material of the living rooms is laminate and the walls of the apartments are painted. The floors of the bathrooms and saunas, as well as the separate toilet, are tiled. On the first floor of the building, there are apartment storage rooms, a club room, a drying room and a laundry room. There is a pram and outdoor equipment storage area near the main entrance of the apartments. There is also a bike shed and a playground in the yard. The property has district heating. The apartments have water circulation floor heating and an apartment-specific supply and exhaust ventilation system equipped with heat recovery. Solar panels will also be placed on the water roof of the site, the electricity generated from which will be used to consume real estate electricity. Etelärinne is located about five minutes by car from the center of Rovaniemi. Getting to the center is also convenient on foot or by bike. Basic services, such as daycare, primary school and grocery stores are all located within a radius of two kilometers. There is also a children’s playground and good outdoor and exercise opportunities nearby. In addition, the Rovaniemi train station is only one kilometer away. Tupakointi on kiellettyä kaikissa asunnoissamme ja talojen yhteisissä tiloissa kuten rappukäytävissä sekä sauna- ja varastotiloissa.
