This right-of-occupancy apartment has the possibility of being rented out when there are no right-of-occupancy applicants. The rent for the apartment is €500/month, and we also charge a security deposit of two months’ rent. If you rent this right-of-occupancy apartment, the lease agreement can be made for a fixed term for a maximum of two years. Despite the fixed term, the tenant has the right to terminate the lease agreement with a three-month notice period. If there is no demand for the apartment as a right-of-occupancy apartment at the end of the two-year fixed-term lease, the lease can be extended.

A 4-storey right-of-occupancy building with 34 apartments was completed in Kangasala, a town surrounded by blue waters, sunny ridges and beautiful rural landscapes, in October 2018. The house is located in Suorama, close to good transport connections and services. Aakkulantie 29 has apartments of various sizes, from a compact 37 m² studio to an 83 m² four-room family apartment. The area has grocery stores, a kindergarten and primary school, as well as plenty of sports and outdoor activities. The centre of Kangasala is three kilometres away and the centre of Tampere is 15 kilometres away. The apartments have laminate floors, tiled walls and floors in the bathrooms. The kitchen has a ceramic hob and a tall fridge-freezer, and larger apartments have up to two. Some apartments have their own sauna.

In this location, parking spaces are primarily reserved for larger apartments. If spaces are available, smaller apartments also have the option to reserve a space with a cancellation clause, which means you may have to give up your space with 14 days’ notice.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.
