On the form, please indicate whether your apartment can be accessed with a master key and whether you have pets in the “Description” field.

If the defect report is about your apartment, select your address in the defect location menu, including the apartment number.

In the case of urgent and acute damage, call the maintenance company’s on-call number directly.
