New right-of-occupancy apartments have been completed in the Asemantausta area of Lahti in January 2024. There are a total of 31 apartments in the 11 Vahva-Jussin Lenkki sites. The two-room apartments are 47–59 m² in size, three-room apartments 72m² and 76m², and apartments 95 m² in size. All apartments have a spacious balcony. Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.
