This right-of-occupancy apartment has the possibility of being rented out when there are no right-of-occupancy applicants. If you rent this right-of-occupancy apartment, the lease agreement can be made for a fixed term for a maximum of two years. Despite the fixed term, the tenant has the right to terminate the lease agreement with one month’s notice. If there is no demand for the apartment as a right-of-occupancy apartment at the end of the two-year fixed-term lease, the lease can be extended.

The rent for the apartment is €1,015.00, and we also charge a security deposit of two months’ rent. We accept Kela payment commitments for the Aso lease.

A terraced house and townhouse project completed in 2003 in Ylöjärvi, in the natural Asuntila area, next to green outdoor areas. Peltolankuja 1-3 is located in a quiet and central location, as there is a bus stop right in front of the project and a grocery store on the other side of the road. The daycare center is less than half a kilometer away. The primary school is less than a kilometer away, and the secondary school is only about 1.5 km away. You can reach the center of Tampere in 20 minutes by car.

The apartments in the project are two-level terraced house apartments and single-level terraced house apartments.

The warm storage facilities for individual apartments are located in an outbuilding. The cold storage facilities for terraced house apartments are located in front of the apartments, and the cold storage facilities for terraced house apartments are located in an outbuilding, which also has a shared outdoor equipment storage facility.

The bathrooms and saunas of all apartments have been renovated during 2024.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

If you have accepted an offer for a right-of-occupancy apartment, we will try to arrange for you to view the apartment during the offer round. We also arrange some general viewings in our vacant apartments. Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange viewings in properties under construction in the same way as in properties that have already been completed.
