Apartment description
A three-room apartment with a sauna is about to become available, possibly as early as January 6, 2024. The apartment has an air-source heat pump. In electrically heated properties, an air-source heat pump can save up to 30-50% of annual heating costs. In addition to heating, an air-source heat pump also functions as an air conditioner. In warm weather, it can be used to cool the indoor air of the building. An air-source heat pump also reduces indoor humidity, which improves living comfort.
