The apartment is offered based on housing applications, the apartment application can be submitted on our website. An open space with a heating plug is available for the apartment for 15€/month or a sheltered space for 20€/month, depending on availability. Electric car charging is possible by separate agreement. The resident selection criteria of ARA (Housing Financing and Development Centre) are followed in the resident selection. The applicant’s housing need, assets and income are taken into account in the resident selection. In connection with the apartment offer, we check the applicant’s housing need, assets and income, and from the beginning of 2025, income limits will be followed in the resident selection. Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

We also arrange some general viewings in our vacant apartments.
