A well-maintained and comfortable second-floor apartment. If you rent this right-of-occupancy apartment, the lease agreement can be made for a fixed term for a maximum of two years. Despite the fixed term, the tenant has the right to terminate the lease agreement with one month’s notice. If there is no demand for the apartment as a right-of-occupancy apartment at the end of the two-year fixed-term lease agreement, the lease agreement can be extended. The apartment has its own apartment sauna, which is always heated if you want. After the saunas, you can cool off on your own balcony. There is a separate play area for children in the yard. All apartments are bright and well-equipped, so you can easily decorate them to create a comfortable and peaceful home for yourself.

The property has Elisa’s 50 Mbit/s property broadband, which is included in the usage fee. Parking spaces can be reserved subject to availability, heated outdoor space for €17/month, garage space for €25/month.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.

We also arrange some general viewings in our vacant apartments. Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange viewings in properties under construction in the same way as in properties that have already been completed.
