Information about the property where the apartment is located
The Lekatie 21 house is located in the popular Karjasilla area, a traditional and atmospheric part of town. The green and cozy Karjasilta is located less than a couple of kilometers from the services of the city center.
The house is located in Ahjo-Kaleva’s home block, which will form a cozy complex of ten apartment buildings when completed. There are a total of 56 apartments in the seven-story rental apartment building. The site has two- and three-room apartments of different sizes, with glazed balconies and some with their own saunas. The furniture in the apartments is white and the laminate floors are a modern light color. The washrooms are tiled and have pleasant water circulation floor heating. The apartments have water meters and the water billing is adjusted annually according to actual consumption. The windows of the apartments have blinds.
Residents have access to good common facilities, which include e.g. house sauna, laundry, drying room, outdoor equipment storage and club room. Apartment-specific movable storage can be found in the shelter on the basement floor.
