New comfortable right-of-occupancy apartments have been completed near the center of Paloka, at Norolanraitti 7. The size of the apartments varies from 30 m² studios to 82 m², so there are suitable options for families with children, couples and single people. Except for the basement apartments and the studios without a balcony, all apartments have balcony glazing. Some of the apartments have their own sauna and some do not. Residents of apartments without a sauna can also enjoy the sauna if they wish by booking a sauna session in the housing company’s sauna. The water bill is metered individually for each apartment. A water payment advance based on the number of people is paid for water, which is adjusted according to consumption.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange viewings in properties under construction in the same way as in properties that have already been completed.
