Information about the property where the apartment is located

Fasanirinne 2 is a right-of-occupancy property of two semi-detached houses completed in 1998 in Korso, Vantaa.

In the centre of Korso, about 500 metres from Fasanirinne, there are plenty of services and a train station. The area is well suited for families with children, as the Ruusuvuori school is about half a kilometre away and the nearest daycare centres are less than a kilometre away. The area has good opportunities for exercise and sports. Within a radius of less than a kilometre, there is a swimming pool, sports field, gym and Vantaa Central Park.

The apartments have an air-to-air heat pump. In electrically heated properties, an air-to-air heat pump can save up to 30–50% of annual heating costs. In addition to heating, the air-to-air heat pump also functions as an air conditioner. In warm weather, it can be used to cool the indoor air of the building. The air-to-air heat pump also reduces the humidity of the indoor air.

The property has direct electric heating. The resident signs an electricity contract with the energy company of their choice and pays the costs of heating according to the amount of electricity consumed. Heating costs are not included in the apartment’s usage fee.

The property has Elisa’s 50 Mbit/s property broadband, which is included in the usage fee. A cold parking space costs €9.50/month and a heated parking space costs €18.00/month.
