The upper floor of Luhtitalo and the two-level terraced apartments also have a balcony. Comprehensive shopping center services and a daycare can be found nearby. The area is surrounded by good outdoor terrains and the center of Tampere is eight kilometers away.

The playground equipment was renewed in 2017. The bathrooms in the apartments were renewed in 2015-2020. The apartments’ balconies have been renovated in 2024.
