The defect report page has a designated form for complaints related to indoor air quality. Please fill it in carefully.

In any urgent cases, contact the on-call number of your maintenance company directly. The maintenance company’s contact information can be found on the building’s notice board.

Submit a contact request to our sales representative and we will contact you. We process contacts on weekdays between 8 am and 4 pm.

Property management and maintenance

The maintenance company has an on-call number where you can get help in urgent matters around the clock. The information of the maintenance company can be found on the property’s notice board. Property managers and property secretaries can be reached during office hours. Our customer service centre is open on weekdays 8 am – 4 pm.

We ask you to send all contact requests and defect reports with the digital service request, if possible. Notifications are processed on weekdays 8 am – 4 pm. Outside these hours and in the case of urgent matters, contact the maintenance company’s on-call number directly.

In the case of sudden and acute damage, call the on-call number of the maintenance company.

You can find the contact information of your building’s maintenance company, property manager and property secretary on the property’s notice board, in the resident information file and with the search function below. Our customer service centre can also direct you to the right person.
