In the Asemantausta area of Lahti, 01/2024 right-of-occupancy apartments have been completed. There are a total of 31 apartments in the 11 Vahva-Jussin Lenkki sites. There are housing options available from two-room apartments of various sizes to spacious four-room apartments. The two-room apartments are 47–59 m² in size, three-room apartments 72m² and 76m² and apartments of 95 m². All apartments have a spacious balcony. The site’s parking spaces are located in the parking garage. The Vahva-Jussin residential area is located in the Asemantausta district. There is a grocery store, a daycare center and a school nearby. It takes about 20 minutes to walk from Vahva-Jussin to Lahti Market Square and about 15 minutes to Lahti Travel Center. Vesijärvi Harbour is less than a 20-minute walk and about a 10-minute bike ride away. Salpausselkä sports center with its diverse sports options is located near Vahva-Jussi. Radiomäki sports field and Tiirismaa outdoor recreation areas are also located right next to the area. The nearest beach in Mytäjäisinen is only about a 5-minute walk away. Various activities for families with children can be found in the Family Park, which is about a 10-minute walk away.

Water consumption is metered per apartment. Water is paid in advance based on the number of people, which is adjusted according to consumption

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.

Check out the apartment before making a decision

You can view the apartment first and then decide whether you want to make a contract with us. If you have accepted an offer for a right-of-occupancy apartment, we will try to arrange for you to view the apartment during the offer round. We also arrange some general viewings in our vacant apartments. Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange viewings in properties under construction in the same way as in properties that have already been completed.
