2,024 new rental apartments have been completed in the Finnoo area in Espoo. Luoteisrinne 13 is located in the new ecological district of Finnoo, the center of which is around the metro station. Finnoot is built in an energy-efficient way, and the district aims to be a pioneer in sustainable urban construction.

The transport connections from the area are excellent, as you can drive to Länsiväylä in a few minutes and you can travel conveniently by metro. Finnoo also invests in smooth cycling connections and green bike routes.

The area will have comprehensive services, and to make the everyday life of families with children easier, two unified schools and several kindergartens have been planned. The services around Matinkylä, Espoonlahti and Merituulenti are a few minutes’ drive away. A good two kilometers away is the services of the shopping center Ison Omena, among which you can find almost everything you need.

The unique nature of the Finnoo area offers a wonderful setting for outdoor activities. The seashore is within walking distance and you can take trips to the city’s outdoor islands on board the archipelago ships.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.

If you have accepted an offer for a right-of-occupancy apartment, we will try to arrange for you to view the apartment during the offer round. We also arrange some general viewings in our vacant apartments. Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange viewings in properties under construction in the same way as in properties that have already been completed.
