The living rooms of the apartment have light laminate floors, and the floors and walls of the bathroom are tiled. The bathroom has storage space in the sink and mirror cabinets and space for a washing machine. If you wish, you can book a sauna session in the cozy communal sauna. There is no parking space available for the apartment. The usage fee and other usage fees in the housing offer are valid until the end of 2024. The usage fee and other usage fees that will come into effect in January 2025 will be confirmed in late October.
