Nuolemontie 22 is a 6-storey apartment building with 35 right-of-occupancy apartments completed in the centre of Lieto in 2020.

The apartments range from 38 m² studios with a living room and kitchen to spacious 78 m² four-room family apartments. The interior surface materials of the apartments are timeless and durable laminate floors and painted walls. The washrooms are tiled with modern tile options and all apartments have their own sauna. The washrooms have a mirror cabinet with a light and a sink cabinet. The kitchens are equipped with a ceramic hob and a fridge-freezer, of which there are two in the larger apartments. The Turku bypass, the 10-way to Hämeenlinna and the Helsinki and Tampere motorways are easily accessible.

Lieto Sports Hall Lietohalli is located less than two kilometers away and Lieto has several sports fields and, in winter, ice skating rinks. There are various sports clubs in Lieto and the municipal sports services organize guided activities for all ages. There is forested terrain in the vicinity of Nuolemontie 22 and the diverse nature of the Aurajoki Valley is just a short walk away.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.
