It also has a fascinating history as a monastic town: built around the Birgitta monastery and church in the Middle Ages, the town was once a destination for pilgrimages. There is also plenty to see in the city’s idyllic streets and in the remote corners of the beach town. Naantali is also part of the Saariston Ring Road, from which you can easily get to the archipelago, for example, via the popular bicycle route from Rymättylä to Nauvoo.
Torpparkinkaari is located along the street that ends, and nearby you can find, for example, a daycare center and a primary school. Thanks to the good transport links, it is easy to do business in Turku and Raisio in addition to the services in Naantali with your own car. Bus routes via Raisio to the center of Turku run every ten minutes during the day and every half hour at night. The nearest bus stop is about a kilometer away.
