If you rent this right-of-occupancy apartment, the lease agreement can be made for a fixed term for a maximum of two years. Rent 1220 euros/month and security deposit 2440 euros. Despite the fixed term, the tenant has the right to terminate the lease agreement with a three-month notice period. If there is no demand for the apartment as a right-of-occupancy apartment at the end of the two-year fixed-term lease agreement, the lease agreement can be extended.
