A spacious and adaptable five-room apartment on the first floor

The apartment’s unique floor plan allows it to be divided into a separate studio and a square if necessary. This home is therefore ideal for two generations or a family where someone needs their own peace – such as a young person who is becoming independent.

The apartment has two separate entrances, and there is an unlocked connecting door between the rooms, which allows the apartment to be used flexibly as a whole or as two separate apartments. The studio has its own bedroom/living room, bathroom and kitchenette. On the square side you will find a separate kitchen and living room, three bedrooms, a bathroom, a sauna, a separate toilet and a walk-in closet.

There is plenty of storage space, and the floor plan supports living where your own space and privacy are valued.

This right-of-occupancy apartment has the possibility of being rented out when there are no right-of-occupancy applicants. The rental price is €1,695/month. In addition, we charge a security deposit of €3,390, equivalent to two months’ rent. If you rent this right-of-occupancy apartment, the lease agreement can be made for a fixed term for a maximum of two years. Despite the fixed term, the tenant has the right to terminate the lease agreement with one month’s notice. Koivukyläntie 31 is a small apartment building project with a total of 17 apartments. A variety of services are located right next to the apartments. Simonkylä is a quiet area with mostly small houses, just a couple of kilometers from the center of Tikkurila. There are daycare centers and schools in the area. Simonkylä Park offers great outdoor recreation and sports opportunities. The nearest grocery store is only about 200 meters away.

The project has Elisa’s 50 Mbit/s property broadband, which is included in the usage fee. In addition, a parking space is included in the usage fee.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.

If you have accepted an offer for a right-of-occupancy apartment, we will try to arrange for you to view the apartment during the offer round. We also arrange some general viewings in our vacant apartments. Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange viewings in properties under construction in the same way as in properties that have already been completed.
