Tikankolo 4 is a three-apartment building with a right of occupancy in Lintuvaara, Espoo. Lintuvaara is a quiet area with mostly single-family houses, right next to the many services of Leppävaara. Among other things, the Sello shopping center with its excellent services is located about 1.5 kilometers away. In addition to shops, the area also includes a library, cinema, health center and medical clinics.

The area has excellent outdoor and sports opportunities. Within walking distance are, among other things, a frisbee golf course, a sports park, an outdoor swimming pool, an indoor swimming pool, ski trails, an adventure park and a riding school. Several sports centers can be found within a few kilometers.

The property is in a quiet location at the end of the road and from there it is only about 1.5 kilometers to Leppävaara train station by foot. Several bus lines run very close by. There are daycare centers and several Finnish and Swedish-language schools of various levels within a short distance.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.
