A clean, well-maintained top-floor two-room apartment in a quiet location in Vihuri, Turku.

The apartment has a separate kitchen, which opens into a spacious living room, from which there is access to the apartment’s balcony. The balcony opens towards Kakskerrantie, but is in its own peace and offers a cozy place to relax. The sun hits the balcony well from morning to morning and the apartment stays cooler in the summer. Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.
