Solar panels are installed on the roofs of the houses, which generate electricity for use in the heating and ventilation systems. Surplus electricity can be stored in batteries in technical facilities.
The property’s specialty is a courtyard sauna building equipped with a wood stove. The yard has planting and cultivation boxes, a sitting area and a play area designated as a children’s play forest.

Green areas have been left around the plots and the area’s energy solutions have been taken into account in many ways.
