Priority is given to applicants who can rent the apartment as soon as possible starting from 1 October 2026.

The senior housing project on Muottikatu is located in Alppila, where recreational areas, nature and new residential buildings complementing the old residential area form a functional living environment. The diverse services of Tuira and Välivainio are nearby and the area has good pedestrian, bicycle and other transport connections to the city centre and other parts of the city. The apartments in the project are particularly suitable for the elderly and those looking for barrier-free housing. The floors of the apartments have oak laminate and the walls have a light paint finish. All balconies are glazed. The apartments have apartment-specific water meters, which are read once a year. An advance payment is charged for water consumption and an equalization bill is made after the meters are read. The apartment-specific storage room, sauna and drying room are located in the basement of both buildings, and there is a laundry serving the entire property in the basement of building B. There is an outdoor equipment storage room in the basement of building A.
