New rental apartments are under construction in Pateniemenranta, Oulu. The apartment building at Redi 2B will feature 43 comfortable rental homes. Apartment sizes range from compact one-bedrooms to spacious three-bedrooms. Except for the smaller one-bedrooms, all apartments will have their own sauna. Glazed balconies provide additional space.

3 rooms + kitchen + sauna, 66.5-69 m², 15 units
4 rooms + kitchen + sauna, 76.0 m², 5 units
The new rental apartments are being built right by the sea, in the developing residential area of Pateniemenranta in Pateniemi. The area offers excellent opportunities to enjoy the maritime nature and recreational activities in beautiful outdoor settings. Almost next door is the Pateniemenranta outdoor fitness park, and the Pateniemi sports center is about 1.5 kilometers away.
The Pateniemi area has good local services. The nearest daycare and playground are only a few hundred meters away, the primary school is about 1.5 kilometers away, and the secondary school is just over a kilometer away. The nearest grocery store is just over a kilometer away, and there are more shops within a couple of kilometers. The shops at Ideapark are about four kilometers away. It takes about 15 minutes to drive to Oulu city center and about 30 minutes to bike.
The estimated completion time for the apartments is around the turn of the year 2024-2025.
