All apartments are two-story.
Korvenkylä is located about nine kilometers northeast of Oulu city center, near Kuusamontie (Highway 20). Traveling to the city center is convenient, taking about 10 minutes by car or public transport from Kuusamontie. Basic services are available in nearby areas; for example, a grocery store, daycare, and school are located in the Hönttämäki neighborhood. The service offerings expand further in Rusko, which includes the renovated K-Citymarket, specialty shops, a couple of sports centers, and Ruskotunturi. One of Korvenkylä’s main strengths is its proximity to nature and outdoor recreational opportunities.
