New high-quality rental apartments are coming soon to Konala, Helsinki. The seven to eight-story building will feature 121 apartments, offering a suitable home for various life situations. Options include a wide range of apartment sizes, from studios of 30.5 square meters to family apartments with five rooms, nearly 100 square meters in size. While the apartments do not have private saunas, the building will include a communal space with two saunas for residents to enjoy.
The new rental apartments will be in an excellent location, close to services, outdoor activities, and transport links. The plot borders a green park, and a kindergarten is planned nearby.
Parking spaces for residents will be built in an adjacent parking facility. In addition to the rental building, the new zoning area will include a right-of-occupancy building with 38 apartments and a total of five apartment buildings with owner-occupied apartments.
The estimated completion time is late 2025.
