New high-quality right-of-occupancy apartments are coming soon to Konala, Helsinki. The six-story building will feature 38 apartments, offering suitable homes for various life situations. Options include two-room, three-room, and four-room apartments. While the apartments do not have private saunas, the building will include a communal sauna facility for residents.

2 rooms + kitchen 38.5 – 49.5 m²
3 rooms + kitchen 64.0-64.5 m²
4 rooms + kitchen 74.0-76.0 m²
The new right-of-occupancy apartments will be in an excellent location, close to services, outdoor activities, and transport links. The plot borders a green park, and a kindergarten is planned nearby.
Parking spaces for residents will be built in an adjacent parking facility. In addition to the right-of-occupancy building, the new zoning area will include a rental building by TA and a total of five apartment buildings with owner-occupied apartments.
