The windows and French doors are equipped with venetian blinds. The bathroom walls are tiled and the floor is ceramic tiled. The shower room has a swivel shower screen.

Vanainkatu 35 is located in Asemanranta, next to Lake Vanajavesi and the National City Park.

The five-story apartment building has a total of 22 apartments. Residents have access to an outdoor equipment storage room, equipment maintenance and multi-purpose room, and apartment-specific movable storage rooms. Water consumption is measured individually for each apartment.

Local and long-distance bus stops can be found at the train station, so there are good connections in different directions. The city center is within walking distance.
