Oikotie 11 is a new, comfortable five-story apartment building project, which will have a total of 40 right-of-occupancy apartments. This project will be completed in Turku’s quiet and central Raunistula residential area in approximately November 2025 and offers versatile living options for different life situations.

The distribution of apartments covers compact studios (29.0 m² – 34.5 m²), two-room apartments (40.5 m² – 52.5 m²) and spacious three-room apartments (63.5 m² – 67.5 m²).

The apartments have modern equipment and a comfortable interior. Light-toned laminate floors and white-painted walls create a bright and fresh look. The kitchens are equipped with white laminate-surfaced furniture, a fridge-freezer, a built-in oven and a ceramic hob. There is space for a dishwasher in the kitchen. Each apartment has its own spacious glazed balcony, which brings additional space and light. Some balconies also have full glazing. Ventilation is apartment-specific and equipped with heat recovery, which improves energy efficiency.

Heating is done with water-circulating underfloor heating, which makes it easier to design the apartments. Water consumption is measured per apartment. The property has district heating. The usage fee includes a 50 M internet connection.

There will be spacious house saunas for shared use by residents, and parking spaces can be found both in the yard and in the garage under the yard deck. Some parking spaces have the option of charging electric cars. A safe and comfortable play area for the youngest members of the family will be built in the courtyard of the houses. Oikotie 11 is located in an excellent location: just a short walk away are both the city center of Turku and its riverside with its diverse services and beautiful scenery.

The Raunistula area is particularly ideal for families, as the Raunistula primary school is only about 300 meters away and the Kastu kindergarten is only about 250 meters from the site. Grocery stores can also be found very close by; the K-market is 550 meters away and the 24/7 Prisma is 1.6 km away. Raunistula also has several restaurants, such as UUNI-Pizzeria Kastu.

The beautiful outdoor areas, parks and cycling routes of Koroistenniemi offer great opportunities for recreation in nature. The transport connections from Oikotie are excellent. The nearest bus stop is only 170 meters from the property, from which bus connections to the center of Turku run every 10 minutes. Driving is also particularly easy via the Tampere highway.

Oikotie 11 has received green financing from Kuntarahoitus Oyj. Green financing is granted for investment projects that produce clear and measurable benefits for the climate and the environment.

The increase in value-added tax from 24% to 25.5% may increase the construction costs and occupancy rights of the property by approximately 1.5%. Any increase in occupancy rights will be invoiced to residents after the property is completed, after Varke has confirmed the new occupancy rights for the property.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.

Check out the apartment before making a decision

You can view the apartment first and then decide whether you want to make a contract with us. If you have accepted an offer for a right-of-occupancy apartment, we will try to arrange for you to view the apartment during the offer round. We also arrange some general viewings in our vacant apartments. Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange viewings in properties under construction in the same way as in properties that have already been completed.
