New rental apartments are under construction next to versatile services in Oulu’s Limingantulli. A five-story apartment building will be built at Rautionkatu 14, with a total of 45 apartments. The smallest two-room apartments are 36.5 square meters in size, and the largest three-room family apartments are 73.5 square meters in size.
The apartments will be completed on February 28, 2025. The first application period is 20 November to 4 December 2024.

Each apartment has glazed balconies, which brings additional space and light into the apartment. The windows have blinds. The neutral surface materials of the apartments allow for a unique interior design. The floors of the apartments are laminate and the walls are painted. The kitchens are equipped with a ceramic floor stove. Two-room apartments have an ice-freezer, larger apartments have a separate refrigerator and freezer. The floors in the washroom, sauna and toilets are tiled. The washrooms have a space reservation for a washing machine and a tumble dryer. All three-room apartments have their own sauna.
