The Kangastie 13 A and B apartments are located in Tuira, near the center of Oulu, near the Oulujoki River, and are expected to be completed on August 31, 2026. The project is a six-story residential building with an underground parking facility and a parking deck. The right-of-occupancy apartments are located on the A-staircase and the rental apartments for the elderly are on the B-staircase. The building has a total of 35 high-quality right-of-occupancy apartments and 77 rental apartments.

The common areas for residents, such as storage rooms and outdoor equipment storage rooms, are located on the ground floor or in the basement of the building. The apartments have water-circulating radiator heating and central ventilation.

There are limited parking spaces on the site. Parking spaces can only be reserved for larger apartments.

The area offers a wide range of services, such as grocery stores, schools and daycare centers. The smoothness of everyday life is enhanced by the area’s good transport connections. Nearby, there is a beach and the beautiful walking and cycling trails offered by Hartaanselä in Oulujoki. Residents can enjoy the green environment of Tuira and the diverse sports and outdoor recreation opportunities it offers. Tuiranpuisto offers a great setting for enjoying nature.

The first application period for Kangastie 13 B is 11.3.-25.3.2026, after which there will be a continuous application for the property.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.

Check out the apartment before making a decision

You can view the apartment first and then decide whether you want to make a contract with us. If you have accepted an offer for a right-of-occupancy apartment, we will try to arrange for you to view the apartment during the offer round. We also arrange some general viewings in our vacant apartments. Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange viewings in properties under construction in the same way as in properties that have already been completed.
