Joutsentie 1 is a terraced house project completed in 1997 in Korso, Vantaa. There are 15 apartments in total. The terraced houses are located in Korso, in a quiet single-family residential area, near Kulomäki. The comprehensive services of the Korso center are also nearby, and there are several schools and daycare centers in the area. The Korso train station is about a kilometer away, and the station has good connections to, for example, Tikkurila, the center of Helsinki and Pasila.
