Despite the fixed-term nature, the tenant has the right to terminate the lease agreement with three months’ notice. If there is no demand for the apartment as a right-of-occupancy apartment at the end of the two-year fixed-term lease agreement, the lease agreement can be extended.

An apartment building completed in 2016 in Harjunsalo, Kangasala, close to good transport links. Nearby there are grocery stores, a daycare center and an elementary school, as well as plenty of sports and outdoor activities. It is four kilometers to the center of Kangasala and 15 kilometers to the center of Tampere. The building with an elevator has five floors and apartments facing all directions, from compact two-bedroom apartments to large three-bedroom apartments. The walls of the apartments are painted, the floors are laminate, the bathrooms are tiled and the windows have blinds. The apartments on the lowest floor have their own yard and the other apartments have a balcony. Most of the apartments have a sauna and some have a walk-in closet. On the ground floor of the building, there is apartment-specific movable storage, as well as a common outdoor equipment storage and drying room. In the yard area of the house, there are outdoor car spaces with heating plugs, outdoor equipment and bicycle storage, dusting and drying places, and a children’s play area.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

If you have accepted an offer for a right-of-occupancy apartment, we will try to arrange for you to view the apartment during the offer round. We also arrange some general viewings in our vacant apartments. Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange viewings in properties under construction in the same way as in properties that have already been completed.
