From the hallway there is direct access to a separate toilet and kitchen. The standard kitchen equipment includes a stove and fridge-freezer, as well as space for a dishwasher (60 cm) and a microwave. An island separates the kitchen from the living room. There is access to the balcony from the living room. The bedrooms have plenty of closet space. The bathroom has a toilet, shower, laundry closet and space for a washing machine and dryer. Satamatie 19 is an eight-story apartment building. Apartment-specific movable storage, a laundry and drying room, and a sauna are located on the basement floor. There is also direct access to the garage from the basement floor.

Residential floors 2.-6. are identical in terms of apartment types, and the 1st, 7th and 8th floors have different layouts. There are apartments from studios to three-bedroom apartments. Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.
