A second-floor three-room apartment is available on Satamatie. The entrance to the apartment opens into the hallway, which has a closet for storing clothes and a utility room. From the hallway there is direct access to a separate toilet and kitchen. The standard kitchen equipment includes a stove and fridge-freezer, as well as space for a dishwasher (60 cm) and a microwave. An island separates the kitchen from the living room. There is access to the balcony from the living room. The bedrooms have plenty of closet space. The bathroom has a toilet, shower, laundry closet and space for a washing machine and dryer. Satamatie 19 is an eight-story apartment building. Apartment-specific movable storage, a laundry and drying room, and a sauna are located on the basement floor. There is also direct access to the garage from the basement floor.

On the first floor of the house there is a storage room for outdoor equipment. Residential floors 2.-6. are identical in terms of apartment types, and the 1st, 7th and 8th floors have different layouts. There are apartments from studios to three-bedroom apartments. All apartments have glazed balconies, light gray laminate floors and tiled bathrooms. Only the triangles have their own saunas. Others can book a sauna shift in the communal sauna on the basement floor if they wish. The apartments have water meters and the water billing is adjusted annually according to actual consumption.

The marine environment offers versatile outdoor activities. There are grocery stores and many other services in the area, from pizzerias to car repair shops. The services and nature of Hietasaari are also nearby.

It is an arava and interest subsidy apartment, in the selection of tenants we follow the tenant selection criteria set by the Government. Getting an apartment is affected by e.g. housing needs, wealth and income of the applicant community.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Check out the apartment before making a decision

You can view the apartment first and then decide whether you want to make a contract with us. If you have accepted an offer for a right-of-occupancy apartment, we will try to arrange for you to view the apartment during the offer round. We also arrange some general viewings in our vacant apartments. Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange viewings in properties under construction in the same way as in properties that have already been completed.
