Residential property Särkilahdenkatu 2 A is a 7-story apartment building with 39 apartments, located in Raisio in the Varppeenseutu district, only about a kilometer from the core of Raisio. A B-house was previously built on the same lot, with self-financed owner-occupied apartments. A cozy play and lounge area is used by the residents of both houses. The environment is quite sparsely built and in the summer it’s a nice green area.

Good exercise opportunities can be found at the Lumparla and Raikula sports fields, the Vaisaari fitness track and the Ulpuka swimming pool.

The schools in the area offer both elementary and middle school as well as high school education. Adult education center Timali is also nearby. Raisio’s city library is located about a kilometer away. The distance to the convenience store and restaurant is only about 400 m, and to Raision Mylly shopping center about 4 km.

All apartments have painted wall surfaces and laminate floors. The washrooms are tiled and the floors have comfort heat, whose electricity is metered by the property.

All other apartments except the 34 m² studios have a sauna. The 34 and 37 m² studios have French balconies where smoking is not allowed.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.
