2021 high-quality right-of-occupancy apartments have been completed in the Tikantor residential area of Kuokkala. The two apartment buildings located at Pellonreuna 7 have a total of 56 right-of-occupancy apartments. The apartments have glazed balconies. It is about three kilometers to the center of Jyväskylä.
