A corner apartment with a sauna on the seventh floor will be available in February 2026. The apartment has an open kitchen and a walk-in closet in the second bedroom. The neighbor is just behind the walk-in closet and sauna and bath facilities. The apartment’s wide glazed balcony faces east. It is possible to rent a parking permit from the garage in the adjacent block. There are several parking spaces available at the moment.
