Metsäläntie 6b was completed in 2021 and the property consists of two right-of-occupancy apartment buildings with a total of 64 apartments.

Residents have access to a variety of common areas, such as cozy saunas on the top floor of building A, a club room and a laundry and drying room in building B, as well as ample storage space for bicycles and outdoor equipment.
