This right-of-occupancy apartment has a rental option when there are no right-of-occupancy applicants. If you rent this right-of-occupancy apartment, the rental agreement can be concluded for a fixed period of up to two years. Despite the fixed term, the tenant has the right to terminate the lease with one month’s notice. If there is no demand for the apartment as a right-of-occupancy apartment at the end of the two-year fixed-term lease, the lease can be extended.

At the beginning of the year, new right-of-occupancy apartments have been completed in Espoo’s Suurpelto, near the Opinmäki school center. At Likusterikatu 3 there are three apartment buildings with a total of 88 comfortable right-of-occupancy apartments. Under the patio cover, there are spaces (a’ 40 €/month) for 66 cars in the parking garage, in addition to which there are 9 parking spaces in the yard (a’ 18 €/month).

The selection of apartments is diverse: you can choose from different-sized studios, two-room apartments, three-room apartments, and four- and five-room apartments.

The completion date for the apartments was January 31, 2024.

Water is billed according to consumption. Water payment in advance is €17/person/month.

At the moment, there are still studios, large two-room apartments and three-room apartments available. The largest available apartment is 83m2.

The developing Suurpello residential area is conveniently located in the middle of Espoo, near Ring II. On the west side of Suurpello is Keskuspuisto, whose forest scenery offers excellent opportunities for outdoor activities. You can get to different parts of Espoo or Helsinki with your own car or public transport.

In family-friendly Suurpello, there is a playground, several daycare centers and the Opinmäki learning center, which has a Finnish-language primary school and an international school, within walking distance. Opinmäki also functions as a versatile leisure centre, with e.g. youth facilities, library and sports hall.

Suurpello also has its own shopping center. The area is also a short drive to the shops and services of, for example, Iso Omena in Matinkylä and Tapiola.
