Information about the property where the apartment is located
New right-of-occupancy apartments are under construction in the new Postipuisto area of Pohjois-Pasila. A total of 94 right-of-occupancy apartments will be completed at Metsäläntie 10. There is plenty of choice for different life situations. There are two-room, three-room and four-room apartments of different sizes to choose from. The sizes of the apartments vary between 38 and 99.5 square meters. The apartments are estimated to be completed in December 2024.

The modern right-of-occupancy building has versatile common spaces for residents to use. On the ground floor, there is a house sauna, a house laundry, two club rooms and storage for prams. The basement floor has the block’s shared waste room, two drying rooms, and storage for outdoor equipment, bicycles and strollers. Part of the bike storage is in a cold room next to the parking garage, and there are also bicycle spaces next to the entrances. Each apartment has its own movable storage in the basement of the A-stair.
Plenty of play and lounge space will be completed in the courtyard, which will be shared with the residents of the other houses in the block. 43 unnamed spaces have been reserved for cars in the block’s shared cold parking garage, which can be reached from the basement of the residential building. Please note that there are only 43 parking spaces, so unfortunately they are not available for all apartments due to their scarcity.
The next bidding round will possibly start in July 2024. Bids will be sent to us by email to those who have submitted an application. Unfortunately, since the object is under construction, it is not possible to make apartment displays. Material choices have been made for the apartments.
Postipuisto’s residential area will be built next to good transport links and Helsinki’s Keskuspuisto. In the new, urban area, energy and eco-efficiency and the sense of community in living are especially taken into account. Different apartment blocks and unified courtyards, a park zone and a common multi-purpose living space made up of the common spaces of the residential buildings create their own stamp on the area. The city center Mall of Tripla, located in Central Pasila, offers a large number of specialty shops, restaurants and services close to home. A grocery store operates in the same block as the right-of-occupancy buildings.
The population of Pohjois-Pasila will increase to more than 12,000 in the 2030s. In addition to apartments, around 2,000 new jobs will be built in the area. Two kindergartens and a school will also be built in the area in the coming years. There is a preliminary reservation for the tram in the area.
